I'm 5'7'' and weigh 155. I need to loose at 25-30 pounds. I just need ideas on how to curb my appetite. I always seem to be hungry and I have a weakness for sweets. I also need motivation to get to the gym. I'm currently in University and am working 4-6 shifts a week so I really need to be motivated to get up and exersize and to actually put some thought into my food for the day.Please give my ideas and tell me what works for you.thanks Lara

I don't think you're overweight at all. But, if you think you are, I wouldn't loose more than 10lbs if that.
