Hi i am 11 years old and wiegh 150 pounds. But, I am Tall, and no one seems to notice. but the kids at school do. they tease me and call me names. if you have any tips for me please let me know!. Everyday I do 80 cruchtes. and at night i do 80 more crutches, plus 100 sit ups. and to top that! i play softball all year round and on 3 teams! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

hey, just fyi, crunches wont help at all becuase they just strengthen your muscles underneath. you could have kller abs and still be overweight since your muscles are covered by fat! if you really wanna make a difference, combine cardio exercise (like running, areobics or swimming) with muscle toning exercises (like crunches). also, dont go on a diet, just remember - everything in moderation (like not to much of anything) and youll be fine
