Hey guys! I've been at basketball camp all week and 2 more days to go. Well I've been doing TONS of running and I've been eating reeeeeeally healthy since I joined Weight Watchers in early July...I lost 24 pounds so far!!!! :) But I had one little fault today when I had a slice of pizza for lunch...I couldn't resist! :( But anyways, because of all the running I've been doing and all the basketball, my leg muscles and shoulder muscles have been aching a bit. But I heard that means your muscle is being worked and is getting better. Or is it muscle tearing? I don't know! I'm 5'10" 175lbs. Can anyone give me an answer?

Yup! I was on a huge growth spurt this summer that boosted me up an inch! Hehe. I've always been really tall, my family is tall too (my brother is 6'6"!!) so I guess it's in my genes! :)
