Hello my name is Chaya and I need help losing the weight! School will start very soon and I am proud of myself becuz people have been telling me that i have been losing weight. But the truth is I have more muscle which is good. Except I *really* need help with my middle section. Right now I am not actually overweight because I am 12 5'1" and I weight 111. I just need a buddy maybe and just some advice on how i can turn my stomach from flab to muscle. Thanx a lot!!!

TRY THE ABSLIDE! IT REALLY WORKS! IT MAKES YOU ABS SO TIGHT!

If you are not currently doing crunches, you should start out slow and work your way up. Crunches and reverse crunches are good. But these exercises only build muscle. They'll burn a little fat, but you'll still have fat on top of your muscles. Trust me, I know. I have that problem, but I'm working on fixing it. You should also do an aerobic exercise. Walking works the abdominal muscles as well as your legs. Playing sports helps, too. Just be active. You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

All you have to do is at least 100 crunches a day. If you dont see results in like days, dont stop. It's worth the wait. It takes time, you dont get a flatter stomach overnight, but in one month you will have a flatter stomach. And crunches are easy and only take minutes. I do about 500 crunches a day, that's more than I have to, but it doesn't bother me, and I can tell my stomach is getting alot flatter.
