i am fat.. as you can tell from my below posting.. i am 51 kgs... I GAINED 12 KG SINCE LAST YEAR!!!! i am 5`3... short, stumpy and fat..

Well, have you tried exercising? Crunches are good for the abdominals, and lunges and squats are good for your thighs. If you need instructions on how to do these, just look it up on the Internet. A lot of health/exercise websites have these exercises. I know, I've visited them. One more thing. Don't compare yourself to others. Just because people your heighth are wearing smaller skirts than you doesn't mean you're fat. Likewise, just because most of the people in my school class are beauty queens doesn't mean that I'm ugly. God Bless!!!
