I have made a posting here before, but the people whe responded didn't exactly help. I am not trying to put them down, but I feel like I need a responce from a person who actually knows how to loose the wieght. I need to loose weight, and I need to do it FAST. I know some great tips, and I do them dailey, except after a month or two of doing it, it doesn't seem to work anymore. I don't eat a lot and what I do has next to NO fat in it what so ever, so I am really confused as to what to try now. I have tried slim-fast,diet pills, etc!!! But I just seem to stop taking them for some reason, and some of them have also had somre bad side effects. So if you actually know how to help me, please do. I am 5'8 and 135-140lbs! Thanks I would really appreciate some help!

You are not fat! I am 29 years old in the military and I weigh 141 lbs at 5' 4". I'm not fat but bigger than I want to be. You have four more inches on me and your in High school. Your motabilism rate is a lot higher than mine. If you want to tone up then find an activity to do like go for long walks with friends. You don't have anything to worry about.

Try workout tapes "The Firm". The tapes can be purchased at your local Walmart Store. I have actually lost pounds from my lower abs, upper torso, thighs (inner). The tapes can be purchased in a four pack comprising of Upper Body, Standing Legs, 5-day Abs and Tough Tape 2. Purchasing these tapes you cannot go wrong. Just remember that excercise is a life-long committment.

Ok, I don't really know what I am talking about, I'm not a doctor or anything. Yet I have lost 3 pounds in one week. I have been drinking so much water, about 6 to 8 big water bottles a day. Drinking a slim fast shake for lunch and breakfast and for dinner a very light salad with no dressing and exercising on a exercise bike, you know those lil' bikes that go nowhere. That is what I have been doing. If you really wanna lose weight talk to your doctor. That is what you need to do. I hope you get the help you need.

Your prescription: exercising, eating right, and lots of water. You should exercise, because it tones up your muscles, and muscles burns a LOT more calories than fat. You should eat right, because it's good for you, and you should treat your body with respect. You should drink lots of water, especially inbetween meals, when you're most likely to pig out. Did you know: When you're thirsty, you're probably already dehydrated. So drink up! I know this works, because I've lost about 13 pounds so far. One bad part about exercising is that you hit plateaus. I'm on one right now.
