I am 16, 5 foot 7 inches, and weigh 260 lbs. I would like to know what form of excercise people have found most effective. My long term goal is to lose at least 70 lbs. PLEASE HELP ME!! Your advice and support is greatly appreciated. Thanx

First of all, don't think you HAVE to exercise to 2 to 3 hours a day. That's crap!! I walk my golden retreiver for 1/2 an hour a day or play with her in the back yard (she likes to be chased), walk with my mom, (she also dances with me to the Vanga Boys party CD - is a mover), SCOOTERING is GREAT!! Anything that you can do, everyday for a 1/2 an hour. Drink tons of ice water and no matter what, don't give up your 1/2 hour. That's your time, girlfriend. Your time and space to do something for yourself. You will be amazed at how good you feel!!
