Hey does anyone know how much weight it's possible to lose in 3 weeks. If I were to starve myself how much weight do you think I'll lose in 3 weeks? Thanx

But dont complain when you dont have any energy and have bleeding gums and no hair because u brought it on yourself. If you're doing this to impress boys then you're going the wrong way about it. anorexia is not attractive and thats the way you're going.
Reply from m, Age 15 - 08/19/01 instead of starving yourself, moderately eat meat, mainly chicken...drink at least a gallon of water a day and do alot of exercise but in 30 min increments . eat lots of fruits and veggies..u'll get the same effect of starving yourself. just make sure you excercise. you could damage you eyes starving your self. wana be blind??
Reply from Mel, Age 14 - 08/17/01 Well first of all, I'd rather be skinny and happy. Then fat and depressed. I'm not happy going on a diet, but I am happy not eating and losing all this weight. I know all the things that will happen and do happen. But I just ignore it, and I'm so much more happier. Going on a diet isn't losing enough weight for me. And I'm so much more happier that I've lost all this weight. And that's good enough for me.
Reply from catherine, Age 15 - 08/17/01 WELL IF U KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT STARVING YOURSELF THEN WHY THE HELL DO U WANT 2 DO IT? AT THE END OF THE DAY ITS YOUR CHOICE. IF U WANT 2 FEEL ILL, HAVE DIZZY SPELLS, HAVE BLEEDING GUMS AND HAVE YOUR HAIR FALL OUT THEN I GUESS ITS UP 2 U. I PERSONALLY WOULD RATHER GO FOR THE SAFE APPROACH IT MAY BE SLOWER BUT ILL GET THERE IN THE END. IN 4 WEEKS IVE LOST 14LBS. THAT MAY NOT SEEM MUCH 2 U BUT ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING AND ITS SAFE.
Reply from maggie, Age 13 - 08/17/01 you might lose 15 pounds or something but you shouldn't do it...it's unhealthy and you'll gain it all back and then some. Please do something healthy. Limit your calories (not too drastically though) and increase exercise. Believe me, you'll feel a lot better doing this than you would starving yourself!

Reply from catherine, Age 15 - 08/16/01 even if u do get the weight off most of it will be muscle and wouldnt show much, and when u started eating again, you would gain all of the weight plus extra. Its a stupid idea and would make you extremily ill and weak. i think you need to do some research. If you want to lose weight that badly im afraid the only way to do it is through healty eating and exercise. It'll take a while but if u stick 2 it you'll get there in the end
