Hey. I'm about 5'1'' and 145 pounds--way too much. And I hate it. I'm so ugly. I'm going on a cruise in October and I want to be THIN! If anyone has any tips 4 losing weight fast and that will stay off, then can you pleese e-mail me at bibbiss2000@yahoo.ca. I can't stand looking at magazines anymore, with all those pictures of perfect, thin models. If anyone feels the same way as me, than maybe we can help eachother. THANX

hey~ive been in ur situation. i weighed 140 lbs. and i wasnt happy with myself. since, i joined gymnastics, drank water instead of dr.pepper, and ate lots of fruits&veggies. I started excercising at least 5 times a week by doin a 10 minute a day workout of abs of steel. and every week i would reward myself by eating 1 thing i enjoy eating, like a breakfast of eggs and bacon, and then working out that evening. that was two months ago. now i weigh 127 pounds& proud of it!!!!

I know how you feel, taht's how i felt a month ago. I hated myself for Being fat. Well anyway you can start by getting organized and you should set an eating timetable so that you wouldn’t be eating all the time. And always remember to exercise at least three times a week. Now days a lot of people go on this 'no eating diet'. Well all I have to say about it is that it’s unhealthy and it gives you mental disorder. So if you want to loose weight fast and healthily, just exercise and eat low fat healthy food. Do not eat to much cryohydrate unless you’re going to exercise after that. Like for lunch or something. Never take it for dinner. And eat a lot of veggies. Never forget to dink a lot of water. I’m in the middle of it and it is working for me. I have been on it for about a month and if I can do it, trust me anyone else can too. So far I lost about 8 pounds. And I’m hoping to loose more. Hope you take my advice and most of all hope life gets better.

hi liz i know how you feel but 145 is not that much i bet your a nice person to be around and dont let someone that thinks they are cool tell you different. if you have aol we can talk. my aol name is dancer2001star. also i do dance if you wont to loose weight then you sould join soccer or something in you havent yet.

we r living in a world where we think anorexicly- thin people like claudia or naomi or sasha are perfect. but they are not.. if you are in the healthy range and live happily, you dun have to crash diet.
