I'm 13 and weigh 200lbs i have very nice facial features but my body has so many stretch marks when i go swiming with my friends i'm afrid to take off my shirt because the girls will laugh at me I have the same problem in gym class while changing if any bodie has any weigt loss programs or tips e-mail me at Macnoya9@aol.com

Hi, i am 5'6'' and 153 lbs. The diet i am on you probably don't aprove of, but it's the no eating diet. I mean, i nibble, or i use too, but for the past month i have lost 23 lbs, and i plan to loose 20 more before school. Or at least that's what i am planning to do. But the smartest thing to do is eat three small meals a day and no snacking and exercise like maybe running. Or situps or crunches, that's what i do. Hope i helped you!!!
