Ive been trying to loose weight, actually ive been wanting to. But im not sure what to start with or how to go about it. I could really use some help, so please respond to me. I could really use the incouragement. im 5'3", 220lbs, and i have gorgouse green eyes.lol.....Thanx

Dude, first of all you have to really want to lose weight. Ask yourself that. This isn't an overnight thing, and it's not the funnest thing. But if you really want to lose weight....DO IT. Say no to junk food. Eat less. Do a few sit ups a day..there easy and dont take more than a few minutes. It's not hard you just have to stick with it, and want this. If you really wanted this bad enough you'd do this. Eat only 2000 calories a day. And easily by doing that you'll lose 2 pounds a week. You can do this, good luck.

Hi, uhm you do need to try to loose some weight. Even though, i am heavier than you. But i need to loose weight too. So go on a maybe 3 small meals a day diet, and no snacking, and exercise. Do this, it's helped me some. And i have been on this diet for about a week and i have already lost about 1-2 pounds.

I've been trying to loose weight too
I would consider myself to be a big eater the thing i did most is sowly change the type of food I ate. Me and my friends all take popcorn and pasta to school etc
But we don't put anything like salt on our food. You should read fats and figures by Karen Daily (Australian author.)
