Hello. I was wondering if some body had any weight loss tips for me. I am 5 foot 9 inches. I weight about 255. I have lots of stretch marks all over my body. I look like a big blob of fat. Please help.

Hey,I was almost the same like you.But when joined sports like at school really worked alot.You can also eat what you are used to but always eat the half of it.For example If you are to eat a hambuger only eat half.Also try to eat lots of fruit and veggies,especially alot of water, at least three glasses a day .Hope my advice helps you like it helped me.Good luck :)

Hey, to lose weight you have to take in less calories then you burn off. If you want you can go on a 2000 calorie diet. It takes changing your eating habbits for awhile, but it would be worth it. Through the day you only take-in 2000 calories. And you'll be taking in less. And it should work. And stay away from junk food, and fat calories. Angel cake is not at all fatening and it's one of my favorite, I think that's really good, and it's like the best diet food. Also to lose more weight do little things like just by taking a walk dont have to over work yourself with exercise. Anyway good luck.

Why about trying to get active in sports? Getting active can really help you loose some weight. Or maybe do some basic stuff, like walking, running, or just riding your bike. There's lots of different ways to loose weight, but it depends what you prefer.
