Hi everyone. I am 5'4 and weigh 150 pounds. I was on the slimfast diet for a while, and lost like 10 pounds, but the diet got really boring. Tasting the same drink for every meal was really insane. If anyone has advice for losing atleast 20 pounds by August 27th, I would be SOOOO greatful. I'm also looking for a weightloss buddy. I AM going to buy that Greer Childers book, though. I have lost 20ish pounds in the past month. Me and my friend Crystal wich you have probably heard from are doing the same thing. It's cool. :)

Reply from Crystal, Age 16 - 08/03/01 Hey, right now I'm losing like 5 pounds a week. And I just drink pop, or water..and have an apple or two a day. But if you just eat fruits and vegies everyday..and not very many of them. And maybe add a walk here and there, you'll lose weight. Well good luck though.
