Hi, I am 15 years old and I feel very overweight. School will be starting again in a little over a month, and through that time I would like to loose 10-15 pounds. I have already lost 12 so the next ten and going to be the hardest. Right now I am 5'7 and 135lbs. That might not sounds big, but all my friends are so tiny. I think that 10lbs more would really help me out during this next school year. My stomach and thighs are the hardest areas for me. I also play a lot of sports so I run or walk 6.4km a day, but it doesnt seem to work. If you would like to be a e-mail buddy I would really appreciate the support. Thanks

You aren't overweight at all. You are perfect within your weight range. I wear a size 7 and my friends all wear 1's and 5's. I lost 40 pounds and I still don't really fit in with them in their size but they don;t care and neither do I. Everybody is different. But if you want to lose that 10 pounds really bad just excercise 25 minutes per day and give up soda for a while. It will help. But i don't 125 is going to be very easy to maintain with your height.
