YOU WILL HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT IT TAKES LOADS OF TIME SO BE PREPARED!
WHAT U COULD DO (THIS IS ONE OF THE EASIEST WAYS) HALF WHAT U NORMALLY EAT I KNOW IT SOUNDS HARD BUT ITS NOT REALLY!
SAY U USUALLY EAT 4 BITS OF PIZZA U WOULD TAKE 2 AND PUT THE REST BACK SEE HOW EASY THAT IS!!!!
ACTUALLY U COULD DO THIS TOO OR INSTEAD JUST EAT HEALTHY AND BURN UP MORE CALORIES THAN U TAKE IN WHAT I MEAN IS EAT THEN EXERCISE TO BURN IT OFF U CAN DO THAT WITH ANY FOOD ACTUALLY SO UR LOSING WEIGHT THEN!
GOOD LUCK PLEASE FOLLOW UP LATER AND TELL ME HOW U GET ON!!!
LOVE LUISA
