IVE BEEN READING THE MESSAGES THAT PEOPLE HAVE LEFT ON HERE. I COULDNT SEEM 2 HELP NOTICE THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING 4 QUICK WAYS 2 LOSE WEIGHT. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE WANT 2 LOSE WEIGHT FAST BUT WHEN U THINK ABOUT IT ITS A BIT RIDICULOUS. U CAN ONLY SAFELY LOSE 1-2LBS A WEEK. THE REST IS WATER OR EVEN MUSCLE. UNLESS U WANT 2 DO YOURSELF DAMAGE THEN I SUGGEST U ALL TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT YOURSELVES AND REALIZE THAT YOU CANNOT LOSE ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT OVERNIGHT.

I totally agree.. I wish there WERE a quick and easy way to loose this jelly! :) But.. there isn't. It takes hard work and determination! What I do to help me.. is buy incredible pants that are on sale.. that are a size or two smaller.. and hang them in my closet. I know I can't wear them, but I keep workin' until I CAN wear them.. this helps me a lot!
