Since Februrary I have been trying to eat healthy and was slowly loosing weight. by the end of June I was down from 170 to 153. But thanks to not getting around to the gym and not watching what I eat I weighed 157 this morning. I really don't want to gain weight back. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. (I'm about 5'7'' or 5'8'') I need some motivation to get off my butt and go to the gym. And I need some tips on how to eat healthier. I have a sweet tooth and that's my biggest pit fall. So please help me guys I wanna be down to atleast 140 by the beggining of September for school.

The healthy weight of a GROWN woman, or so I have been told, is one-hundred pounds for someone who is 5 feet tall, and an additional 5 pounds for every extra inch. That would essentially mean that 140-145 would be an excellent target weight for you. But also, you should be commended for losing the weight that you have. I'm also 5'8" and have been trying to tone down the numbers that show up when I step on the scale. I was 150 lbs., and went to 142 lbs. by eating right and excercising, which I'm sure you can do just as well as me if not better. Just remember that it isn't entirely about the numbers; if you feel healthy you'll have more desire to excercise, which will in turn provide more energy for you. Also, some people have naturally large frames (this can be determined by your wrist measurement)with a thicker bone structure, where as to my frame is small-boned. My fat is mostly in my lower-stomach and I would love to figure out how to get rid of it! We all have our problems, but you should be proud of yourself for all you've achieved so far. You may have gained 4 pounds, but look @ how much you lost! If you did it once, you could do it again, and you don't have very far to go. Just remember to maintain a healthy weight and to realize that pictures of models are airbrushed to perfection. :)

well, self control is one. but like me, you might have a uncontrollable sweet toooth. so just eat sugar free sweets! and limit them. and for ur hot drinks, use sweeteners.
