Hi, I'm 16 years old. 5'9" and about 170 pounds. I've been dieting for about a month now, and I've lost about 15 pounds. My goal is to lose more, but close to 20 pounds by Sept. I know I can do it because I've already losed 15 pounds, and I'm half way there. Lately though I've been cheating and sneeking in little bites of things, it seems like it's getting harder, or I'm just not handling the temptations very well. Hi :) I know exactly what you are saying. I have been trying to lose weight, seriously for the past few months and i've lost 20lbs. I know what you mean about having hard times, that is a point i am at now..if you would like an email partner! I'm here for ya!

giving in to a little temptation here or there won't kill you (sure it'll slow things down) you just need to work on your will power. say no and then just walk away, do something to take your mind off snacking.
