Ive eaten nothing but vegies and fruit for 3 days and skipped dinner and lunch. I've lost 5lbs in 3 days. I feel weak but I think it's worth it. Is it? Can someone please tell if it's healthy to lose so much weight in a small amount of time?

nope its not healthy...u r feeling weak because ur starving urself and once u start eating normal after u lose weight ull gain it back. 5 pounds a week is healthy. good luck hun!

I think it is healthy to loss 5 lbs in 3 days cuz I have done it but if you are feeling weak then maybe you need to add something else to your diet...I am not saying a lot but maybe some protien...

it is ok to lose weight but not by not feeding yourself enough you need to eat all 3 meals and if not all three, then you must eat lunch and dinner no skipping it. ok well if you need anything email me at babybone3686@aol.com
