hello i am christina and i am 5'6 190 i am REALLY over weight and tired of it. i really need help so that i can lost weight fast. i am entering my sophmore year of high school and i have not had a boyfriend yet, and i mean it doesn't bother me that much except i get passed up for my skinnier friends and it just makes me mad. i am looking for someone to help me email at babybone3686@aol.com and put blubberbuster in the subject so i know not to delete it thanks

i have since gone on a diet and i am losing slowly but surely in two weeks i have lost 7 pounds. that may not seem like a lot but it is to me. the thing is for anyone out there that is trying to lose weight the first thing is not to look at the scale. that may seem like something crazy but it is true. i may have only lost like 7lbs but i can tell my clothes are getting a little bigger and i can tell that with just 7lbs! another thing is u may think that u aren't doing good if u look at the scale and then may give up, that is one of the worst things to do b/c u may of gained muscle and are actually skinnier. My number 1 tip is DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THE SCALE SAYS! lol

I am your height and 180 so I no exactly how you feel. My cousin and I are going to start walking everyday and cutting back on carb loaded foods and meats. We have cut out sweets and fried foods. You shouldn't cut out on carbs, but it is good to replace them sometimes with fruits or veggies. Dannon light n fit yogurt is also a good thing for breakfast or snacks. You should also eat less red meats and pork. Eat more chicken and fish, not fried. Those are some tips. Good luck and wish me luck.

Hello there! I am 15 almost 16 in September.. I am entering my sophmore year as well... I am 5'5" and weigh about 180-190... but the thing is i am very active .. i am in volleyball, basketball and track as well and in the fall i do marching band.. Yea i am overweight and i haven't found anything that will help me lose any of it.. I weightlift a lot and i used to be 140 just about 7 months ago.. maybe less and i haven't found a way yet to help me cause i am gaining soo much more muscle but i can tell you that before what i did was i just tried my hardest to eat a fruit or veggie, a small meat, somekind of bread(for lunch and dinner) and then had a glass of water.. this helps a lot.. i lost abotu 15lb quickly before i started lifting.. this helped alot.. of course i was always tryign to walk and stuff to exercise! If this helps i am soo happy!
