hi, im amaya, and im 15 years old, i am 5"8 and i weigh 230, i wanna lose weight, i have tried t-lite pills, didnt work, i try to eat healthy foods, doesnt work, i need help!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

here are some tips for loosing weight if you times your weight by 12 you will find out how many calories you can eatper day without gaing weight by cutting 500 caloreis everyday youcan lose 1 lb per week make sure you at least eat 1000 calories per day and watever you do do not starve your self or eat less then that because you will slow your matabolism down and it will be even harder to loose weight also you can loose 120 calories by walking 1 mile (about 20 min.)it takes about 6 miles of walking per day 5 days a week to loose 1 llb per week i hope my advise helps you out e-mail me any time you want at Angel_1372005@yahoo.com
