Losing wieght is hard but all of you people can make it! Just eat lots of bread, vegies, friut and drink losts of water plus do plenty of exercise. Keep your self entertained so you don't eat. Chew gum or suck on a lolly to keep yoour mouth busy! I wish you all good luck and remember all you need in time and comitment to lose weight! Chaow

The only thing about eating a lot of carbs is that you get fat on that too just not as much as other things so don't eat too much. i am a big girl myself and eating carbs contibuted to my size

That stuff will work...but I wouldn't suggest the lollipop thing. I was a gum freak.. but got TMJ... so I can't chew anymore, and now I'm a lollipop freak... but that puts a lot of sugar in your diet.
