hi im ashley and i weigh 220 and im 5foot4 and im tired of people that are under 130 saying that there over weight i would give anthing to be that small
if u have any tips for me i need to loose about 70 pds all together thanx ashley

Hey Ashley. I am 14 years old and weigh 200 pounds and believe me I would LOVE to be 145 or 150 again. You see, I lost 53 pounds and was doing exelent but I started to eat again but I akways told myself "oh im only going to cheat for one more day" and now look where I am. 197.3 and I have asthma, bulimia nervosa and sleep apnea. I cant breathe and have high blood pressure, so please lose 10 pounds even. When you do it feels so great and you'll keep up with it. I wish you the best of luck !! -Dawn age.14

i'm sick of them to i have a freind who is a cheeleader wieghs like 90lbs and complains shes geting fat any weigh i'm fat to i'm 5"4 and weigh 190 lbs i would like to weigh 145lbs and i know how to loose wiegh i just csn't stick to it any ways here is what i know on how to loose weight if you times your weight by 12 you will find out how many calories you can eatper day without gaing weight by cutting 500 caloreis everyday youcan lose 1 lb per week make sure you at least eat 1000 calories per day and watever you do do not starve your self or eat less then that because you will slow your matabolism down and it will be even harder to loose weight also you can loose 120 calories by walking 1 mile (about 20 min.)it takes about 6 miles of walking per day 5 days a week to loose 1 llb per week i hope my advise helps you out e-mail me any time you want at
