But...I started to eat again and I kept saying that I would diet again *tomorrow* *tomorrow* and tomorrow never came so I kept gaining. I lost alot of weight. I was down to 150lb. and now im back up to 197.3 It hurts so much to breathe. I have asthma, sleep apnea and bulimia nervosa and im nnot too happy with myself. So just remember, lots of water, diet soda, and try not to eat sugar, carbohydrates, breads, rice or milk ( skim milk is the best milk to drink) it's called the Atkin's Diet and hun it WILL work for you. I know if I try I can do it again and I believe in you so try it out for a week or two. It is the best !! Best Wishes to you on your project !! -Dawn age.14

I'm not a active person, I'm more of the arts and music type person... where I sit down and do stuff... but Denise Austen has some cool stuff. Also, all veggies and fruits helps a lot too. Drink lots of water... oh and GRAPEFRUIT JUICE!! It burns fat.
