Reply from beth, Age 14 - 07/16/01 here are some tips for loosing weight if you times your weight by 12 you will find out how many calories you can eatper day without gaing weight by cutting 500 caloreis everyday youcan lose 1 lb per week make sure you at least eat 1000 calories per day and watever you do do not starve your self or eat less then that because you will slow your matabolism down and it will be even harder to loose weight also you can loose 120 calories by walking 1 mile (about 20 min.)it takes about 6 miles of walking per day 5 days a week to loose 1 llb per week i hope my advise helps you out e-mail me any time you want at Angel_1372005@yahoo.com
Reply from Julia, Age 13 - 07/01/01 Hey, wazzup. Onw way to lose weight is to excersise. A good way to find different methods is to look in teen magazines and they're very informative. Alsoit's not $40 a week, but it does cost some money. Try weight watchers (weightwatchers.com) it's a $40 joining fee and only $11 a week from then on. Also if you decide to quit, you'll still keep those secrets you've learned. I'm not currently in it but my moms friend is and gets great results. I'm considering it, though.
