Well im 13 and i weigh 123 pounds and i want to loose weight but everytime i try to i just forget about it and eat whatever i want to, i need some tips to staying on a diet and some exercises that will take some fat of my hips and thighs, if anybody has any tips and exercises that i can do please email me at, thank you and good luck!

Hey there! You did not mention your height which has everything to do with your weight. I think you just have a bad body image though. You need to think more highly of yourself.

I agree with April...You're not very capable of loosing weight because you have no weight to loose.
