I used to be on steroids for a disease i have. The steroids increase appetite and make your face chubby. I had no control over my appetite. Unlike a lot of what is said here, they were not cravings, it was hunger. I always used to come home crying because people called me fat and I had no control over it. I was 12 years old, 5'0" and 125 lbs, which is quite overweight for someone who normally weighs 87 lbs. When I refused to take the steroids I threw up nonstop for days! But I preferred that over being fat. Luckily I found another medicine, and now I am cured! But I can't seem to lose the weight. I don't eat much at all and I exercise some but I weigh 107 lbs and I weighed 87 lbs before the steroids! I am so ashamed of my weight and I have to wear clothes I don't like just so that my fat doesn't show! When looking at the site it says eat less, but if I eat any less I will not get enough vitamins! Does anyone have any advice?

I had a similar problem.
My friends and i made a sort of ''club'' where we would make sure each other exercised and ate healthy...not starving our selves.
Try it!
(or a good thing to do for motivation is to get your parents to pay you $1 every pound you lose..if they will)
