Hi Jessica Waht up? Smile I'm in about the same position as you I feel like I should weigh 115 or 120 but I am at 135 I was for a while doing really good and lost about 10 lbs. but then I gained it all back! Ican tell u one thing that I did when I was loosing weight i substituted a lot of pop and cnady that I used to eat and drink w/ juice and fruit like pineaple!!! i ate really good breakfast ceareals that had oats in them but are sweet to because they also have fruit like strawberrys in them so it is heelthy for u!! also almost every night i was out just practicing my layups or inside listening to my favorite music while i did a few leg exerciss!!! your really not that bad, just keep exercising and everytime your about to eat something ask yourself, am i eating this because i am bored or epressed, or am i really in fact hungry? if you are hungry, then eat it but make sure that u dont eat too much of it because experts say "if you have a craving, relax and think about something totally different from food, in 10 minutes the craving should pass and you can go on with your life! :-)
