Im 5'6 and i weigh like 142 pounds as of this morning, and i have been excersizing lots...I go biking with friends,I walk around the neighbourhood with friends, i go to the playground and i walk to school everyday as well as dance class. I barely eat anymore, and I havent lost barely anything????? DOes anyone have EFFECTIVE fast ways of losing weight?

You seem active which is good. However i dont know what you eat, so i cant determine why you aren't losing weight. It could be what you are eating. The little you do eat could be really fattening which would be why you aren't losing weight. On the other hand, maybe it is because you are eating too little, which has made your body go into starvation mode, preserving the fat. What you should be eating is 3 small healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks a day. This keeps the metabolism going, burning fat more efficiently. I hope this was of help.
