Ok everybody here's my question...i am 15 years old and i am 5'6" and i weigh 120 lbs. how can i lose 15 pounds in like 2-3 weeks. i mean im in shape i dance constantly and i am on a dance team in high school and im a cheerleader but i want to lose weight. how?? please help! thanx
