Hey, this is the first time I ever visited this website. I think it's great, and now I don't feel alone anymore. I am 6'3" and weigh 205 pounds. I hate it when everyone else is able to eat, and I am the one that has to suffer. I first realized how bad it feels to be fat when I asked this girl out on a date and she told me that I need to loose some weight first. I felt horrable and I started to hate my self. I could never go swimming or do anything without thinking about peoples opinions about me. But now after visiting this website I don't feel the same. I really would like to loose about 30 pounds and look great before I go back to school. Not only to show that girl what she turned down, but also to feel good about myself. If anybody has any good tips for looseing weight fast, please send me an email.

a few tips, drink ice cold water, your body uses kcals to heat it up, eat grapefruit and have coffe in the morning the combination increases your metabolisam for a while, remember it takes 2 days to store fat so if you have an off day dont loose hope just make up for it in the next two days, cycle your eating, too low a calorie intake for too long a time will slow down your metabolisam, increase it by treating yourself, say once a week, and eat slowly it takes about 15 mins for the body response to tell you that your full, if youve eaten all your meal by then you may have eaten too much, hunger comes in cycles and often you can mistake feelings of hunger for thirst, if you feel hungry try drinking some water and waiting 10 to 15 mins, the feeling may well pass, keep up the good work these tips and others have worked for me so i know it can be done.

Hey, I think you seem like a really cool guy! I understand your situation, but make sure you remember what a good person you are! Any girl who is that shallow does not deserve to go out with you. And why would you want to date such a self-centered airhead? I know, it still hurts, but at least you know that you're a better person than she is.

I wouldn't turn someone down because of there weight,
appereance doesn't matter. I hope you reach your weight loss goal this summer, but remember not to be to hard on your self. oh! and remember that we can do something about our weight but many kid's are born with illnesses that make them overweight!

hey...someones weight would definetley not keep me from going out with them. if you want to loose weight tho summer is the time to do it. you have plenty of time. you want to try to eat only healthy things. chicken with vegtables at each meal, and keep in shape. running is a great work out and sit ups really keep me in shape.

There are a lot of overweight kids (including myself) at the pool in the city where I live. We are all kinda fat but we all get along. I would say about a quarter of us are fat.
