only if the workout isnt progressive, level of intensity is what counts, as you get fitter you will need to increase the effort you expend to get the same benefits, but you shouldnt workout every day, you body needs to rest and recover from the workout to gain the benefits, otherwise the stress of training will slowly breakdown the body and may result in an injury, if its a cardio workout then 3 times a week and twice a week for weights a mix of both is best, aaand remember walking is the best exercize for weight loss, allmost 70% of calories lost are from fat when walking as opposed to about 40% when running, and its not too strenuous on the body so it can be done more often and for longer, hope this helps good luck.

No it wont but you need to increase or it wont work. For ex. Lets say at the beginning you can walk 1 mile everyday and lose 3 pounds a week. Its not going to work like that forever. You will need to start increasing like to 2 miles or something. DO you understand what I am saying? You can email me at katiebug2187@hotmail.com if you want.

No it won't, but if you work out or arms one day, you should work out you legs or lower body the next day. Try not to work out the same body parts day-after-day. Doing this will strain your muscles and you may be hurting your body more then what you're helping it.
