hi, i am 14 and 5'6 and i weigh 140 pounds, al of the charts and stuff say that i am in the healthy weight range but I still think that i am fat. I just wanna lose like 10- 15lbs this summer so I will look better in my bikini. Does anyone have any tips that will help me out?
Reply from andrew, Age 16 - 09/16/01 - IP#: 62.6.97.xxx drinking water is a good tip but drink it cold as your body will use calories to heat it up to body tempurature, but drinking more water will not make you look fatter, it will just make you want to go to the toilet more often, water retention does not depend on the amount you drink, to make sure that its not a problem drink two table spoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in water each day, it taste awful but it will remove any excess water, vitamin c, vitamin B6, kelp and rose hip tea have the same effect.
Reply from sarah, Age 12 - 06/14/01 You should try to find a buddy or partner. This way if you need support they will be there. I've found that out just a while ago. If you have a buddy it will really help and plus you will have a new friend. Try to find one that's going through the same thing you are this way you can relate to each other.
