Hi. I have a question. I get donuts twice a week with my dad. I usually eat four. I'm not fat now but it seems to me my stomach is getting larger. The weird thing about it is, the scale still says I weigh the same. I looove donuts. Now, here's my question. There is a donut shop opening two blocks away from my house. I have a feeling I will be up there pretty much every day. Then I probably really will start gaining weight. But the thing of it is...I really don't care if I'm fat. I jsut eat the donuts and come home and watch TV. I just don't care. Any suggestions?

If the scale seys you weigh the same you probly haven't gotten fatter you're just thinking about it so it seems like you've gotten fatter. If you go to the donut shop down the street every day just eat less donuts.

I understand. I don't really like to exercise, and sometimes I feel like I don't want to bother with what I look like. If you walk to the donut shop and back every day, that might help...also, limiting yourself is a good idea. One donut a day, plus walking and eating other healthy foods, can't hurt too much, right? But be strong!

Well......I would suggest (if you want my suggestion) that you not go there everyday. Going there a couple times a wekk isn't good either, but if you exercise then that would be okay. If you don't want to get fat (or large) then suggest exercise be4 you eat or after. If you eat be4 it speeds up your mateblism and your food will digest faster and it won't make you fat. My brother has a fast mateblism he's 16 and weighs 115lbs. That's pretty skinny, but you could be like that if you speed up your mateblism (and not by using a pill or diet). All you have to do (or need to) is EXERCISE. That's all i know of how to speed up your mateblism. If you need more info. or just have a question or need a friend, let me know at blondie_one2007@yahoo.com or blondie_one2007@hotmail.com
ciao,
sarah

Try to replace donuts with healthier foods like veggies and fruits. I know how you feel there's a donut shop right across from my school! If you can't keep yourself away from the dounts try to limit yourself to 1 every other day. And exercise alot too and drink water. Good luck~!
