Hi guys. I've posted here a couple times before but just to remind everyone I'm STILL 5'8" 1/2 and 185lbs. Well anyways, how much do you think I could lose during the summer? I'm going to be really active. Going to a camp for 2 weeks where we do ALOT of activities, 1 week of tennis camp, 1 week of basketball camp and august I'm riding my bike everyday and swimming too. Lately I have been cutting out food bit by bit and instead of my mom making me a big lunch I make my own (a salad, apple and fruit juice or diet pop) and snacks too. What would be a realistic goal for me to set?

Hi! one thing, It is good that you are going to be really active, but even diet pop has too much fat. they call it liquid candy. Instead of pop, you may as well eat a bowl of sugar! That is how fattening it is. It can also give you cancer, and it rots your stomach. I know! It is awful! it would be better to drink skim milk or water, no pop, it will get you to your goal, but pop (even diet pop) will actually make you gain weight.

Hey i am 185 also. I am 5'6. I want to lose as much as possible before school starts as well. I think i reasonable goal would be to get to 145-150 and dont stop trying when school comes around. Keep going and by next summer you will be in a bikini and having the time of your life. I wish you lots of luck. Feel free to email me and we can work together. Tigerlili15@hotmail.com

a realistic goal would and can be WHATEVER you want. if ou wanna lose 50 pounds, keep saying to yourself that you can and will and don't give up. you cn choose the goal. i would start out w/ something small like 10-15lbs and then once i've lost that i'd go on to 20-30 pounds and then keep going up as you reach your goals.
