I was trying to lose weight, and I wan to lose like 50lb, and I know that maybe that will never happen, but still that I wan to try, and I start to try to lose the weight from now, ans I want to ask that like do you going to the place that there was many machine for doing the exersier, and I very want to go, but I don't know how to signt in, and I don't know how old could sight in, and the true is I scared that if I went in and everybody will laght at me, because I was very fat, and i very want to know what I could do about it. Because now I was 16 and i was 5'4 and I weight like 155lb, and even my samll brotheris taller then i do, what i gonna do, please please help!

Hey girl! if you like chocolate, and cant live without it, I say that if you go to like macs or something, buy a chocolate bar, but DONT OPEN IT! put it on the dresser by your bed, and look at it wenever you get around to it. look at how much fat is in it and how much it would make you gain. once you have gone a week and a half of just looking at it, but not eating any sweets, open it, and break off a very small piece. eat the piece, then wrap up the bar and put it back on your dresser. every week and a half, break off another tiny piece, smaller and smaller each week, until you have gone as small as you can. then you have almost conquered your chocolate cravings. go as long as you possibly can without eating any chocolate , and then when you cant stand it any longer...............................................................give it to a sibling or parent and watch them eat it , it will really make you not crave chocolate so much! good luck!

Hi! Instead of going to the gym to work out, you can work out at home. Before you hit the weights and machines at the gym you can start at home. Doing pushups, situps, leg lifts, etc. will help you build muscle. AND muscle uses up more calories during the day. Good luck-T

In January I started to *diet*. It wasn't really a diet just eating better. Replace all the chips and candy with fruits. It might be hard but chocolate is out. You have to start reading the labels on the foods that you eat. Try not to eat out a lot either. Remember this is what you have to build up you may not but ableto just start today and give up chips and chocolate. Also start to lift weights. Not only will they help give you a nice looking body but you will replace fat with muscle and burn fat a lot faster. One last thing, take your vitamins and drink green tea. It is really good for youI've lost over 30 pounds so far. I have about 10 more pounds to lose but I'm getting there. Good Luck!!
