what kind of suggestions are you looking for. i know tons of stuff about losing weight, i would suggest if you wanted to get stronger to go to a gym (remember- muscle weighs more then fat though). Or cut down on what you eat. If you eat a plate full, only eat half a plate full or get a plate full and leave some that you don't eat. Exercising be4 you eat is a good way to speed up your mateblism. If you want more suggestions let me know. I've got tons. if you decide you do let me know at blondie_one2007@yahoo.com or blondie_one2007@hotmail.com
ciao,
sarah

Hi!
The first step is admitting that you need to lose weight, and are willing to do something about it. I know its hard to admit your weight. Nobody except my parents know my weight. Well that was until I told every one at blubber busters. Its easier over the internet though because nobody knows you.
Its always best to start small. Everyone wants fast results, and many go on ridiculous diets to loose weight fast. They may work for a while, but in most cases people go back 2 their old eating habits and the weight lost is regained but with an added 15lb or so. The best way to lose weight is through healthy eating and exercise. I myself am dreading it to be honest. I hate vegetables and love all things that are bad for me. You know what they say, "you are what you eat."
Im going to change my whole lifestyle. Not all at once, and not cutting out everything I enjoy. If you cut out everything that you like then it is inevitable that you will binge. I'm starting today by buying myself a notebook to use as a food diary. Not to keep count of every calorie I consume, but to make myself aware of my eating habits and personal patterns, so that I can identify the bad ones, and change them. You can't tackle a problem if you're not aware of it. I'm also going to use it to write down the amounts of exercise I'm doing, and also my feelings.
People often find it hard to talk to friends about losing weight. I know I do. If you would like an email buddy, you are more than welcome to email me. I'd love to be email buddies. We can help eachother along the way. My email address is: alwayzsmiling4u@yahoo.co.uk

Drink lots of water and exercise everyday. I know everybody says that but it really does help! I have lossed 2 pounds in one week cause of doing that. Also cut down on proportions. Check around your community for support groups. I am in a support group and it has helped me. Find a buddy to do something with. If you would like some more tips you can email me at katiebug2187@hotmail.com Good luck and you can do it!

Do you have an exercise program? If you don't, you should start one. Try to include something for your upper body and lower body. I'd do stretches, too. Lifting weights is a GREAT way to lose weight. Your upper body and lower body workouts should switch every day. Ex: Monday-upper body, Tuesday-lower body, Wednesday-upper body, etc. Your muscles need time to heal in-between workouts. You should do the stretches every day. You should also do something else every day, like riding your bike, roller blading, walking, etc. I think that mini-meals work the best, instead of 3 meals a day. I read somewhere that it takes about the size of two fists to fill a girl up, if her stomach isn't stretched. (That's at every meal.) Like I said before, lifting weights is a REALLY good way to lose weight because 1 pound of muscle burns about 50 calories a day, resting, and 1 pound of fat burns about 2 calories per day, resting. That's a big difference! If you want more advice, e-mail me at:thelittlekittymermaid3@yahoo.com. Good luck!!!
