Hey I am 5 ft. 2 inches and i weigh about 105 and I feel so much over wieght. Anyone have any advice.

If you lose any more weight, you'll be sickly. So don't lose any more! YOu're thin enough!!

Your weight is perfectly fine. I think you just need to tone up your muscles. A pound of fat burns 50 calories a day just resting! A pound of fat burns only 2 CALORIES per day while resting. Lifting weights would be the best choice. And if you don't already, do exercises. Ab crunches are better than sit-ups, and roller blading is supposed to help trim your thighs. Good luck!

You are beautiful. You probaly think you are big because you see boney models everywhere. But don't try to be like that. But what i do suggest is as you get taller, you could put on like 5 lbs. so you don't look like a skeleton.

I agree with Ariel. Anything under what you weigh is very unhealthy. It is also extremely annoying to be 180 pounds... and then hear someone who weighs like only as much as you do complaining that they are fat. But, like Ariel said, if you feel flabby try weight training. It works wonders. I may be flabby all over... but under all the flab, I feel muscles slowly building... plus (the easiest to get) are shoulders... you can have awesome shoulders in like two weeks!!

Listen, I am 5ft 1inch and I way alot more than you do. I can only wish I looked the way you do. So just shut up. You are skinny and dont even say you are over weight. Geeze, think of all the other people that are over weight, they are the ones that should be complaining.
