Hey guys! I have been trying to lose weight and I'm losing a little! But does anyone have any more tips besides cutting back on how much you eat and drink lots of water? Help me Please!

I have a great tip for you.........exercise be4 you eat. Don't just exercise, be sure to be4 you eat. It will speed up your metablism and doing that helps it digest your food faster. Lift weight, honey. A pound of fat burns only 2 calories a day-resting. A pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day-resting. So give lifting weights a try.
