I really, really want to lose like 30 pounds this summer but I don't know how to do it! Can anyone help me?!

If you're just starting out, I doubt that you're going to lose 30 lbs. by the end of summer. This kind of thing takes discipline. You need to eat healthy. Try to limit yourself on sweets. I have a limit of 1 candy bar a week, and my mom does it with me. We get our candy bar on Saturday. Next, you need to do some exercises. Ab crunches are good for your mid-section.
Lunges and roller blading are good for your thighs. Lifting weights really helps, too. When doing your upper body and lower body workouts, you should alternate days. Ex: Monday-upper body. Tuesday-lower body. Wednesday-upperbody. etc. Your muscles need at least one day of rest between workouts. You should also do something every day. Like taking a walk. I use my roller blades every day. Search for more exercises on the internet. Good luck!!
