Hey.... just a little note... I've lost 5 pounds... woo hoo... pay myself on the back :) Basically just trying to change my lifestyle, exercising more and eating fruits and veggies. Water water water... the norm and all. I was thinking about something today, when I was losing a ton of weight and keeping it off... I was ROLLAR skating all the time... not because I have to, but because I enjoyed it! I can listen to my music, be left to my thoughts, and have a lot of fun. It's taken awhile to figure out what I like to do... without thinking it's EXERCISE... ya know?? Just thought I'd encourage ya'll to find something fun fun fun! Email: Abbaaskid@yahoo.com

Congratulations! That is neat that you have found what you like to do to lose weight so it doesn't seem like exercise. I try walking cuz it helps me clear my head after a stressful day. But my mom makes fun of me when I come back from them, so then I feel bad and quit. I am slightly overweight, 5'8 and 162. If you would like to talk to me you can at remacle_fly_2@yahoo.com
