i weigh 364 pounds and i dont want to loose weight but the doctor says i might die if i dont but i cant resist all the junk food and sweets and chocolate

Hi, you remind me of a girl I know from school. I know sweets can be hard to resest but If you think about all the stuff you are going to miss if you die then that should give you the will power. If your any thing like this girl I know than you probly play sports every season and for some reason she doen't lose a pound but I think if you tried a little harder cut backon the sweets and exersize than you could do it good luck and I hope everthing turns out o.k. bye.

Marcie, you're 17. You have your whole life ahead you of you. Don't give up. But if you can't resist sweets, this is what you do. Buy a small amount(ex. 1 bag of chips, one pack of oreo's and a two liter soda) And that's all you get for the whole week. Just try it. You can "have your cake and eat it too"

I was not a pretect person that was very skinney, but the ture is that I try many of things that I counld do to lose the weight, and I know what you feel of loose the weight, is hard for you, and it same as me, but you know what the point for me only don't eat the snake, and I try that change the snack to carrot and eat it everyday, and that it work a little for me, and the carrot is health too. so if you want to you could try this.

You do need to lose weight. You are at risk for lots of diseases and you can have a heart attack and die. When you want one of your sweets brush your teeth. Thats what I was told. You also can put grapes that are off the vine and put them in a ziploc bag and then when you want to eat soemthing sweet you can take them out and eat them and they are sweet and there healthy for you. You also need to drink lots of water and you need to exercise alot. Start off slow and then build yourself up on more exercise. YOu also need to exercise almost everyday.
