Hi my names Kayt i am overweight yet all my friends are skinny ive tried so hard to loose weight but it wont shift if any one has any ideas then please HELP ME

Hi my name is katie. Dont worry about what your friends look like. Losing weight takes time and pretty soon you will look as good as them. Here are some tips that might help you lose weight.
Drink lots of water. I was told a healthy person should drink 8-10 ounces of water and another ounce for every 25 pounds overweight you are.
If you like candy brush your teeth when you want some candy. I know it sounds weird but it might help.
Dont eat everytime you get a craving!! Go and do somehting wether it is dancing or going for a walk or just reading a book just do something to get your mind off of it.

I think that the ways to lose the weight for the kid that was "NO snack", in a day that only could eat for at the morning time, lunch time and dinner time. There was a kind of the poem that was writeen like that,
Morning little good,
Lunch eat little more,
And at the dinner eat more less.
And the point for the kid is that don't eat snack, then you must need to have the control, and do some excise! That's all!
