Hey everyone! I used to post here awhile back. Anyway, I've lost about 6 pounds. I was 186 [if my scale is accurate] and now I'm about 180 or so. I take a slim fast bar with me everyday to school [energy bar or meal on the go bar] and I have a diet pop or water with it. I think that's what's helping me. I've been trying to cut back lately & I think those slim fast bars are great to eat for lunch at school. I'm NOT happy with the weight I am at now. I want to get down to 130 or so, which would be about 50 more pounds to lose. Does anyone want to e-mail each other back and forth and help each other out? E-mail me @ Jackie5302@aol.com :D Thanks!

Hey! I didnt knwo that the slim bars would really help. So do oyu just eat one with water for breakfast and lunch or what. If you have any tips for me that would be great.
Good job on losing the six pounds!!! Keep up the work and you'll be down in size soon.
