you know what i'm 5'3" and 120lbs i'm overweight according to my doctor so if you weigh that much you need to get on this right away! The first thing to do is get AT LEAST 90min of exercise a day. you need to replace all that fat with muscle. then instead of having sugary cereals for brekfast have a piece of fruit (if you need sugar etc. use a no calorie substitute). Then at lunch eat a sandwich with lean meat and if possible use mustard or nothing instead of manaise or ketchup. You can have a few WOW chips with that. then at dinner ask your mom to maybe to make you some rice or veggies and WHITE and SKINLESS chicken. eat nothing inbetween meals!! at the end of the day, if you have reached your goal, reward yourself with a SMALL candy bar or HALF of a cookie. with this you should loose about a pound and a half a week. So it may take you about a year or so to reach a healthy weight. but you CAN do it. when your heavy your slower mentally and phisically and more likely to have trouble breathing and moving so loose some weight so you can move think and breathe a little easier
