Hi1 I'm really fat I weigh 150 pounds. I'm oly 5'4''. Why am I so fat?! Can someone who doesn't want me to die e-mail me at sclub8surf@sclub.zzn.com?! I don't want to be so fat! I hate life. You eat constantly? Well, good! Just make the portion sizes smaller. Eat small meals (like the size of a snack) throughout the day. The recommended number is 6, so try not to go above that. If you really think about it, you may eat because you're bored. Try drinking water when you feel hungry. Of course, don't do that ALL of the time! Eat your healthy meals. Either 3 square meals, or 6 small ones.

That's the problem. The only way you can loose weight is to eat less and eat healthier. Stop thinking about it and do it. Yes it might take a while before you reach your goal, maybe even a year, but in a year, wouldn't you feel alot better looking at a healthier, slimmer you, or would you rather in a year, looking in a mirror at a fat you. The only way you can reach your goal is to start working on it. Eat less, drink water more, cut out the soda, and for every soda you do drink, drink one more glass of water. When you want to run a race, you can't just stand there and expect to win, you have to start and run the race... well you can't just think about loosing weight, you have to act on it.
