Hi, I'm 13 years old, I am 5ft 6in tall and 120lbs, I'm just dying *literally* to get my weight down, I just don't know what to do anymore, I've done everything humanly possible. I drink lots 7 lots of water, I exercise regularly & I eat healthy low fattening foods, I've been doing this for over a year now and I still weigh the same....HELP!

That last message was uncalled for. Really, people in this world can be so cruel. Okay, so you want to lose weight. We don't want you at a really unhealthy weight, so let's try lifting weights. Built muscle. Muscle burns fat, so give it a try. Just please do me one thing: DON'T get discouraged! God Bless!!!

You don't need to lose weight. I'm 5'6" and I weigh the same. Your weight is because of your height.

your body mass index is 19.... that's below healthy weight... you don't need to lose anymore...
