Hey you guys, my name is Kassie and I'm a fat, ugly freak. I weigh 300 pounds. When i get home from school i eat packets of cookies, chocolate, chips, and anything i can lay my hands on. heeeeellllpppp meeee

hey kassie how about eating a banana or 2. but why are you talking about youself that way? Just because you weigh 300 lbs doesn't mean you are not beautiful :)

hey you r not an ugly freak don't say those things about yourself I'm 11 and I way 130 pounds I eat just because its good do you do that???? If you do just eat when your realy hungry but do't starve your self just be healthy ok! please write me back!

Aw don't say those things about yourself. You can lose weight if you stick to a good diet. I agree with KK, throw away all those foods and buy healthy snacks that taste just as good. When you're craving a snack ask yourself if you are really hungry. If you're not hungry and you just want to eat remind yourself that you want to lose weight. Instead of eating a lot of food when you get home from school try taking a walk or something. Good luck! Luv, Kate

Munchies (mUn-chEEz): (verb) The act of craving food when one is not in need of food.
You eat cookies and all that junk 'cause thats the only thing layin' around!
Buy some 100% fat free chips and tones of oranges (or whatever fruit you enjoy best) and scatter them about the house! That way, when you want to eat something when you're watching tv or doing homework or whatever...just grab for those healthy snakes and you'll do great!

Hi, I've got a suggestion for you. Don't think about all the fatty chocolate foods think about being thin and going to the beach. two more things don't eat all those things you mentioned eat fruits or something like that. Throw away all the junk food and don't let it come into your house again. Also stay on a steady excerise program. do something u enjoy
