hi guys i think Im over wight i weigh 152lbs I absolutly hate being this size. I've been dioing these crunches and sit up's it doesn't seem to work. You have any suggustions? I neeeeed YOUR help

Hey!crunches arent going to make you lose weight ok!they might flatten ur stomach but thats it.if you really wnat to burn that fat get on a tredmill or go jogging ot something.because when u excersises it burns fat from the fattest places!

Crunches are a great way to start, but you need to watch what you eat and get some aerobic exersize. To start you could even just go for a walk. Then work up the time you go and then work up to running. Or go swimming or anything to get you heart going.

hi, well i know how you feel i'm the same weight and size but my friends think i'm normal i always say to them you haven't seen me in a bathing suit, well i start exersising and eating healthy and keeping my spirit high, maybe you should try it too! i also have a buddy named alex and we are going to start a weight lose program , we can chat more you can e- mail me at killerwhale79@hotmail.com
