Hey people, I'm 5'4 and I weigh 100 pounds. Could anyone give me advice on losing weight in my legs, esp. inner thighs, and my butt? Also, what are really bad foods that are making me fat? Thanx... ~*Caitlin*~

Reply from Sophie, Age 12 - 02/21/01 What you should do is go to a gym or something and find the squats. That will strenghen your thighs for sure so you don't have that flabby feeling. And I'm not sure about the butt but I think that if do squats that will work? I'm not totally sure but I'll stay in touch.

Reply from cait, Age 15 - 02/20/01 hey i'm 5'3 and 115lbs, ur weight is fine. dont worry about ur legs, cos if ur 5'4 and 100lbs, i'm sure there fine. to get rid of the leg and thigh problem, i go running alot. that will build up muscle and get rid of the "flabby" feeling. trust me it works. good luck, cait
